Delivery Information

Pallet Deliveries
Standard delivery is free to most mainland UK postcodes and typically arrives within 1 to 3 working days subject to stock

Deliveries are kerbside only using a tail lift and pump truck to the nearest safe point

A flat hard surface is required such as concrete tarmac or block paving Pump trucks cannot move on gravel grass mud or steep slopes

Once delivered and signed for responsibility passes to the customer

Delivery Upgrades
AM or PM delivery from £17 per pallet
Timed delivery within 1 hour from £30 per pallet
Saturday delivery from £55

Access Requirements
Minimum 3 metre access required
Suitable space for unloading and turning
No steep slopes or soft ground

Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one available a redelivery charge may apply

Bulk and Loose Loads
For larger orders we supply loose loads via tipper or walking floor vehicles Site must allow access for large vehicles with sufficient space for turning and unloading
