Included in the Pack:
 
  • 500 KG of 20mm Rubber Chip.
  • 4 Kegs Of PU Resin Binder ( Glue )
 
Rubber Chip should be mixed at a ratio of 20% Resin to Rubber Chip.
 
Example: 25KG of rubber mixed with 5KG of Resin.

Surface Preparation:
 
The mixed Rubber and Resin compound should be laid onto a suitable base such as existing Concrete, Stone or MOT Type one (100MM Base layer advisable).
 
This can then be troweled out and tampered down to create a smooth finish.
 
Note: Trowel Lubricant should be used to make the process easier and reduce rubber sticking to the Trowel.
 
Our Rubber Mulch is made from 100% Recycled Rubber from the automotive industry, Using a state-of-the-art619.99 Processing Plant we can remove 99.9% or any Tyre wire from inside the Rubber, this makes this ECO Product Soft & Safe.

    Our Play Bark is made from 100% recycled automotive rubber, although we make every effort to ensure the rubber is wire free, We advertise this product as 99.9% wire free as there is always a small chance that the powerful magnets have not managed to remove 100% of the wire from the rubber.

    We advise that gloves are used when handling the product and users always have suitable footwear on when using the product. We have classed this product as a ‘play On’ product and not a ‘Play In’ product.
